DIRECTOR OF PATIENT SERVICES – Jefferson County is seeking a nursing leader to assume responsibilities for the administrative, professional and financial operations of home health care and preventive programs. Responsibilities are held for clinic direction and supervision of patient care services. Minimum qualifications
: Either: Graduation from a regionally accredited or New York State registered college, university or one accredited by the New York State Board of Regents to grant degrees with a Master’s degree in nursing, public health, business administration, or closely related field; and two (2) years of experience in homecare nursing; OR Two (2) years of experience as a Supervising Public Health Nurse in a certified home health agency or long-term health care program. Candidates must possess licensure and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State at time of appointment.
