College Association Inc., SUNY Canton, is currently looking for an Executive Chef. Under the supervision of the Director of Dining Services, the Executive Chef is responsible for all culinary activities for dining services. This position will oversee all activity in the kitchen, train personnel, plan menus, oversee product purchasing and manage culinary budget. The Executive Chef is instrumental in providing paramount catering services. The successful candidate much possess a Bachelor's degree with major concentration in food preparation, management, nutrition or related field; five years of progressive experience in high volume food production or catering and have knowledge and experience with cooking national and international cuisines. Must be NRA ServSafe certified within one year of employment. The position provides a generous benefit package. Salary commensurate with experience with a minimum starting salary of $57,400.
