Community Bank, N.A. is seeking applicants for a Full Time, 35 Hour Customer Service Rep in Ogdensburg.
This position is responsible to deliver a positive customer experience to current and prospective customers on the banking floor. The position must be able to adapt well in the face of workplace stressors such as customer service complaints. It requires someone who will maintain the security of customer information, prioritize items of significance, and be a team player.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Accurate and proficient math skills.
Professional and friendly interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills.
Ability to stay focused.
Two to three (2-3) years of bank and/or customer service experience normally required.
