The Research Foundation for SUNY, a private, not-for-profit corporation invites applications for a Clerk I
for the Research and Sponsored Programs Office at SUNY Potsdam. The successful candidate will perform secretarial, clerical and technical duties in support of the Research and Sponsored Programs Office. These duties include processing purchase orders, setting up accounts with suppliers, paying suppliers and reconciling monthly accounts. Ordering supplies, setting up and maintaining a supplier file, running reports, maintaining various databases and routine disposition of records. Supervising a student assistant. Preferred qualifications - 3 years of clerical and accounts payable experience and a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Renewal of appointment is subject to The Research Foundation for SUNY policies and procedures, and the availability of annual funding. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
